What product formats do you offer?
We offer a range of mycology lab supplies and cultivation products including:

Are your cultures and genetics for research use only?

What species or strains do you carry?
Our available genetics rotate regularly. Please check the current product listings on our store for what is in stock. If you are looking for a specific strain, feel free to contact us.
Are your cultures ever contamination-

How long does it take to process my order?
"Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order apparel may require additional production time of 5-10 business days."
Do you offer made-to-order apparel, and how long does it take?
Yes, select apparel items are made to order. ⚠️ typically ships 3-10 business days after your purchase.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Grains to Glory ships from Illinois to most locations in the United States. We currently do not ship to California, Florida, Georgia, or Idaho. We also offer international shipping to eligible destinations. International customers are responsible for checking their local import rules before ordering. All orders are subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
How is packaging handled for cultures or genetics in general?
We package each item carefully to help protect it during transit. Culture plates are sealed and cushioned, syringes are capped and secured against leaks, and grain spawn is shipped in sealed filter-patch bags. Orders are packed to reduce movement and protect their contents. When weather could affect an order, we adjust the packaging as needed.

Do you ship with heat or cold packs seasonally?
Yes. We are very mindful of conditions to ensure our products arrive unaffected!
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy on cultures and genetics?
"Due to the nature of biological products, we are unable to accept returns on culture plates, LC syringes, or grain spawn. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right."

My order arrived damaged or appears contaminated — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you toward a resolution.
What if my tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package?
Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still not located, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim or investigating the situation.
